When you submit an assessment request through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, role, industry, estimated trade volume, and countries your business trades with. We also collect any additional information you voluntarily include in the open-response field.

We automatically collect basic technical data when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on each page. This data is collected through Google Analytics and is used in aggregate form only.

We use the information you submit to prepare your tariff risk assessment and to communicate with you about our services. If your exposure is material, we may reach out to discuss protection options.

We use aggregate analytics data to understand how visitors use the site and improve it over time. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making.

We never sell your personal data to third parties — ever. We never share individual business information (your company name, trade volumes, specific exposure) with any third party without your explicit consent.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you receive a message from us, it is because you submitted a form on this site.

We use essential cookies to ensure the site functions correctly. We use Google Analytics cookies to understand site traffic in aggregate. Google Analytics data is anonymized and does not identify individual visitors.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Essential functionality will not be affected, but analytics tracking will stop.

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider with encryption at rest and in transit. Data is stored on servers located in the United States (AWS us-east-1 region).

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services. If you would like your data deleted, email hello@calyxcover.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@calyxcover.com.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
