Calyx Cover Inc. ("Calyx", "we", "us") provides tariff and trade disruption risk management advisory and execution services. We quantify trade policy exposure and implement financial protection using exchange-traded instruments on regulated venues.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Protection delivered through Calyx is not insurance and is not regulated as insurance. It is delivered through financial instruments traded on CFTC-regulated exchanges. There is no insurance policy, no claims process, and no insurance regulator oversight of these products.

Settlement is automatic and based on publicly published, official government data — not a claims adjudication process. This distinction is material and you should understand it before engaging our services.

All financial instruments involve risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The value of exchange-traded instruments can go to zero. Protection may not trigger if trade conditions do not reach the specified threshold. There is no guarantee that any protection strategy will offset your actual business losses.

Risk assessments provided by Calyx are informational. They represent our analysis of your potential exposure based on the information you provide. They do not constitute personalized financial advice unless and until a formal advisory engagement is established through a written agreement.

Calyx does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, or accounting advice. Nothing on this website or in any communication from Calyx should be interpreted as such. Consult qualified professionals for advice in those areas.

To engage our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and an authorized representative of the business on whose behalf you are inquiring. By submitting a form on this site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Services are available to businesses with trade flows that create quantifiable tariff or trade disruption exposure. Calyx reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calyx Cover Inc., its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services.

Calyx's total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees paid by you to Calyx in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether or not Calyx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and methodology — is the property of Calyx Cover Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
